Based in Langford, BC, Pitmaster’s Vault serves slow-smoked BBQ made for takeout, delivery and sharing. Our menu brings together Canadian AAA brisket, hand-pulled pork, St. Louis-style ribs, smoked jerk chicken and wings, alongside house-made sides and signature sauces.
